I'm Jill Balazs and I want to help your family move to the East Bay region of San Francisco. Nearly a decade ago, our family moved to California without any help and now I am here as a trusted resource, fellow parent and real estate professional to guide you. You can do it!

As a professional couple with two small children, we realized it was time to find the right community to fit our changing lifestyle. So, after fifteen years as an established real estate broker in Chicago and without knowing anyone in the area, my husband and I sold two homes, packed up and moved to California.

I investigated the Bay Area’s top school districts, home prices, weather, outdoor activities, sports, communities, you name it. And we eventually settled in the Lamorinda area (Lafayette/Moraga/Orinda), about 30 minutes from San Francisco.
