Happy New Year! As I look back on the past year, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. I had the joy of working with amazing people, including investors, downsizers, first-time buyers, and families starting an exciting new chapter. From Berkeley to Danville and from Walnut Creek to Lafayette, helping people find a place to call home is something I never take for granted and what I love most in real estate.
One of my favorite highlights was helping several families relocate, purchase, and invest in homes in the suburbs of Chicago (my hometown!), the South Bay, and Modesto. It reminded me how exciting and sometimes overwhelming a move can be.
